I'd never have spotted that in a million years. Toby Stephen's doodle is pretty wierd, isn't it - what can it mean? Some of the doodles are more like drawings, but RA's is what I call a 'proper' doodle, random and haphazard, just like you said. Sorry you're sad about Wimbledon, Evelyn. I'm afraid I know nothing about tennis so I haven't been following the tournament. I see Lacoste clothing is still alive and flourishing with Roddick as a walking advertisement. Well, on RA's shirt you can read letters similiar to Abercrombie & Fitch. Gosh, I'll be hunting around for that shirt now at the store. LOL! I know Audrey mentioned wanting a hoodie version of A&F clothing months ago. Vulpes Libris - that will be interesting to read when it's posted on Wednesday. Can't wait. Hubby has gone to his mom's tonight. Time to fire up the XBOX for some RH S3 finale once Nate goes to bed. re: Eva's questions Doulla did answer them all, I believe. I've only signed up at C19 and Armitage Army (AA) forums. Those are the major ones. There are various North & South forums also. However, I've noticed at AA forum that they don't care to even mention the "other" forums at all. BTW, according to C19, Sylvester audiobook is exceeding demands, thus the delayed shipment. Glad I ordered it before the official release date. However, RH audiobook, The Siege is delayed.

Yes in a way. I think it started with N&S and then extended to RA afterwards. How many are there? 2 major ones - Armitage Army & C19. Plus some minor ones focusing on N&S. Is the RAonline the AA? If it was bought by the group, who has it? I don't know who has the doodle exactly but it looks like someone won it via a raffle since C19 group placed a bid on it at eBay back 2007. Richard's Doodle - join the c19 bid!updated 5/3 « Thread Started on Jan 28, 2007, 3:15pm » As some of you know already Richard has submitted a personal doodle as part of National Doodle Day. The auction for this will be held on eBay on Friday 23 February. All money contributed as part of this event will be going to support two charities in the UK - Epilepsy Action and the Neurofibromatosis Association. Thanks to Charmaine's quick spotting on Christmas Eve last year we have been given enough time to get organised and a few of us have been talking about how we approach bidding for it. It will follow along the same lines as our previous bids for The T Shirt and Book and DVD. If ours is the winning bid we will raffle the doodle among those who contributed to the bid. I have had some advice from Millhand on how previous bids have been organised and here's how I think we should proceed with this one: 1. In order to gauge how much interest we have in bidding for this please PM me by 2 February and tell me the maximum you are personally willing to contribute. As with the previous events please confirm the amount you want to pledge (minimum £5, maximum £50, in multiples of £5). Please do not post what you intend to pledge on this thread. If we are to stand a chance of winning we should keep our bidding under wraps. 2. Contributing to the bid will be treated as entering for the raffle. 3. Each £5 pledged secures the person who pledges it 1 raffle 'ticket', I.e. one chance of winning Richard's Doodle. 4. On 3 February I'll post a message here to say whether there is enough interest to proceed. 5. If there is enough interest I will PM those involved with further details on the next steps. I will also ask for email addresses so that I can correspond with the whole bid group. 6. If we are successful in our bid we intend to organise a small get-together to draw the raffle witnessed by those present (contributors to the bid who want / are able to attend) and drawn by an independent person (i.e. someone not associated with c19). Details of this event will be announced later. 7. And finally, I will be making the bidding on eBay on the day itself. I will not be disclosing my bidding identity or tactics until after the auction has finished. Well there it is. I hope I've covered everything. Overall our celebrity auction raised a fantastic £10,723 with the highest doodle by Matthew MacFayden raising a staggering £720. I'm sure Sara would be happy to hear about the above. Get your favourite celebrity doodles from all the years printed on your very own T-shirt, mousemat, pack of coasters or fridge magnets! Hmm...I'm tempted to just get the fridge magnet. The Greek and Russian alphabet is very similar. Thanks for the gallery link, Eva. They are incredibly high definition photos. I like the ones with the white shirt (shame about the mullet!!); you can see every vein on his hands, every hair on his arm, every red knuckle, every bruise... I'm such a hand person. I wonder when the ones in the blue shirt were taken. He looks older and thinner so maybe it was at the beginning of Spooks? And the one against the wall...his legs seem to go on forever! But I cannot stop looking at the photos Eva posted. The camel suit gets a thumbs up from me, v summery and contemporary. A big improvement on the one he wore in Sparkhouse! Even after reading the Q&A session with Liza Franks, I still didn't understand what the book was about until I read that she is a photography student and she persuaded male celebrities to pose with her as her boyfriend in various cenarios for a project!
