are we going to do another RF birthday fund drive as in years past? if so, should we not get started on it soon...lastly...if we do so again...I would request we make the deadline December 22 and not extend it to January...that just did not make sense to me last year.

OK, some of us are admittedly a bit biased towards Stephen Dillane, but one of the best things I've seen in a theatre this year was him reading TS Eliot's Four Quartets (not reading - he memorised them), directed by Katie Mitchell. It's coming to New York in December:

Bad news for all of you who are fans of RF with hair--he's currently on the Deathly Hallows set where filming looks to go on for some time.

Related: A reminder that as reported here previously, filming for Gringotts bank is due to take place this month as are night shoots at the end of the month, possibly for the start of the Hogwarts battle scenes which are expected to take weeks if not months to complete. Ralph Fiennes...

I suspect some of you expect me to have read some books of my fellow Berliner. Alas! I haven't. Sometimes I saw her books in the shelves when I was searching for Heiner Müller literature. But since I never got any recommendation I never took one. After all I have heard since yesterday I think her work is definitely worth reading though probably disturbing.
